With nearly a decade of combined experience in Australia and the United Kingdom, Osteopaths Themos Gourlas and Edward Clark joined forces to establish St George Osteopathy in 2012, laying the foundation for a premier musculoskeletal care practice in Sydney. As principals of the practice, Themos and Edward aimed to provide the St George area with top-notch Osteopathic care, drawing on their extensive experience and varied interests in healthcare.

In just two years, the practice expanded to incorporate allied and complementary therapies, evolving into St George Health. This expansion included services such as Acupuncture, Remedial Massage, Physiotherapy, and Exercise Physiology. By 2022, with the practice thriving, Themos Gourlas relocated to Queensland, passing the care of his patients to Osteopath Vincent King. Eddie Clark extended his availability to offer Osteopathic appointments six days a week, solidifying St George Health’s position as the premier allied health clinic in the region.

Now located at 8 Belgrave Street, Kogarah, St George Health operates in a modern facility with six clinic rooms, disabled access, a rehabilitation gym, and more. The clinic has expanded to encompass general practice and Women’s health services, making it a comprehensive health hub. With a diverse team of highly experienced practitioners, including Osteopaths, Acupuncturists, Podiatrists, Psychologists, and more, St George Health is committed to offering the best healthcare to people of all ages. The clinic combines established therapies with evidence-based approaches, providing a range of treatments, from manual joint manipulation and spinal mobilizing to newer therapies like taping and dry needling. St George Health believes in a holistic approach, tailoring treatments to individuals of all ages, from toddlers to the elderly, ensuring each patient receives the most appropriate and comfortable care.
