With over 36 years of experience as a Manipulative Physiotherapist in Private Practice, David brings a wealth of expertise to his field.

David’s journey began with his graduation from Lincoln Institute Melbourne in 1971, followed by postgraduate studies in Manipulative Physiotherapy at WAIT, now known as Curtin University, in 1978. In 1979, he established Mt Lawley Physiotherapy and Sports Injuries Clinic, marking the inception of his private practice.

Throughout his career, David has contributed significantly to the field of Manipulative Physiotherapy. He served as a Clinical Supervisor on the Masters Programme in Manipulative Physiotherapy at Curtin University for a total of eight years. A dedicated member of The Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA) and other professional associations, David’s special interests lie in neuro-musculoskeletal disorders, spinal injuries, sporting and dance injuries, as well as orthopaedics.

David has played pivotal roles as the consulting physiotherapist for various local Football and Soccer Clubs, Perth College Sporting Teams, Mt Lawley Golf Club, and the ECU Academy of Performing Arts, Mt Lawley Campus. Beyond his professional endeavors, he actively engages in community service, having served on the boards of St Paul’s Primary School and Chisholm College. Additionally, his involvement in Rotary spans various roles, including Past President of the Rotary Club of Heirisson, contributions to Rotary Youth Exchange, and participation in events such as the Claisebrook Carnivale and Duck Derby.
