During your initial assessment, we pay close attention to your story, conducting a thorough examination of the physical aspects involved. What to anticipate:

Our initial consultations last between 40 minutes to 1 hour, ensuring a comprehensive assessment and treatment, allowing ample time for any questions you may have.

In acute situations, our focus is on alleviating pain and limitations. Your physiotherapist will provide a clear, understandable diagnosis and prescribe specific stretching and strengthening techniques. Additionally, they will offer advice on effective self-management after leaving the clinic.

For added support, taping and the provision of braces may be included to help you maintain a secure and protected level of functioning without risking further aggravation or injury.
