Our team consists of three highly skilled and experienced physiotherapists—Simon Reid, Justine Trethewey, and Kate Armstrong—each holding post-graduate qualifications and specializing in Neck and Back Pain, Sports Physio, and Rehabilitation. Complementing our team, we have a dedicated Massage Therapist, and we conduct classes in Functional Strength, Core Stability, Pilates, and Tai Chi. Our passion extends to senior fitness, and we proudly treat Workcover, DVA, and NDIS self-managed and plan-managed clients.
