Fiona Arneil and Denise Godfrey are Co-Principals of the practice. Fiona, graduating in 1984, gained early experience with elite sports teams at Sydney University Sports Centre and ran a city gym clinic for a decade. Committed to ongoing education, she has training in various physiotherapy streams, including muscle energy, dry needling, pilates, craniosacral techniques, real-time ultrasound, and ISM.

Denise, a graduate since 1986, trained in the UK and developed expertise in hip and knee pain. Since 1993, she has pursued extensive post-graduate education, excelling in evidence-based practices for headaches, dizziness, and sports injuries. Denise is passionate about soccer injuries and serves as the physiotherapist for the Belrose Terrey Hills Soccer Club’s Premier League team. Both Co-Principals bring a wealth of experience and dedication to the practice.
