Physiotherapists with specialized training in pilates and exercise rehabilitation, particularly with a focus on Women’s Health, lead our classes. These sessions are carefully crafted by our physiotherapists to ensure they are both safe and effective for pregnancy and the early postpartum stage. For women with conditions like low back and pelvic pain, DRAM, prolapse, or other musculoskeletal issues, exercises can be individually modified.
Our Bumps exercise classes take place on the floor and reformer beds, utilizing spring-loaded beds that offer resistance, along with additional equipment such as balls, bands, and weights. These classes are designed to provide a comprehensive full-body workout with a specific emphasis on core abdominal and pelvic strength. This focus caters to the unique needs of the changing pregnant body or those of a recovering new mom.
